Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use Biz Blimp for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization.

What Biz Blimp Does

Biz Blimp provides software and tools that help people organize, launch, and operate businesses. Available tools may include business setup workflows, recommendations, checklists, saved profiles, domains, Location, social profiles, website or email tools, and integrations. Features may not be available everywhere or at all times.

Your Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and providing accurate information. Do not impersonate another person or organization. Contact hello@bizblimp.com promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your Business Information

You retain ownership of your business information. You grant Biz Blimp a limited right to host, store, process, and use that information only as needed to provide and operate the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit information to Biz Blimp and that you will avoid providing unnecessary sensitive information.

Not Professional Advice

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific engagement, Biz Blimp does not act as an attorney, accountant, tax adviser, financial adviser, insurance adviser, real-estate broker, zoning consultant, or other licensed professional. Information provided through Biz Blimp is not a substitute for professional advice.

Business Formation, Names, and Domains

Availability, search results, and recommendations are not guarantees. Government agencies, registrars, trademark rights, and third-party decisions can differ or change. You remain responsible for important verification and decisions about your business, name, and domain.

The Formation planning tool helps you prepare and save business formation details for an LLC or C-Corporation. It is not legal advice, does not check or guarantee name availability, does not file or form an entity, does not obtain an EIN, and does not activate a registered-agent service. Any filing or paid service will be clearly identified for your review before it occurs.

Location Tools

Location recommendations are informational software recommendations based on information you provide. They are not guarantees of property suitability, zoning, licensing, occupancy, accessibility, leases, demand, insurance, taxes, utilities, parking, or other local matters. Biz Blimp does not represent that Location tools are real-estate brokerage, appraisal, leasing, or professional site-selection advice.

Google Maps Features

Some optional Biz Blimp Location features may include Google Maps features and content, including area suggestions. Your use of Google Maps features or content through Biz Blimp is subject to the then-current Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms and Google Privacy Policy.

Google Maps information may differ from actual or current conditions, so use independent judgment. Google is a third-party service and does not sponsor or endorse Biz Blimp merely because these optional features are available.

Third-Party Services

User-selected third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, pricing, availability, and eligibility requirements. Biz Blimp does not control third parties and does not endorse them unless we expressly say so.

Paid Features

Payment terms will be presented before purchase where paid features are offered. Third-party payment processors may apply, and you are responsible for applicable taxes and fees. Refund terms, if any, apply only as stated or required by applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Biz Blimp to:

• violate the law, commit fraud, or misrepresent yourself or your business;
• introduce malware, interfere with the service, bypass security, or gain unauthorized access;
• conduct abusive scraping or impose unreasonable automated load;
• submit content that infringes another person's rights or causes harm; or
• violate applicable third-party terms, including terms governing Google Maps features.

Intellectual Property and Feedback

Biz Blimp's software, design, branding, interfaces, and materials are owned by Biz Blimp LLC or its licensors. Your content remains yours. Except as permitted by law or these Terms, you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse Biz Blimp materials. If you provide voluntary feedback, we may use it without compensation, while your unrelated business content remains yours.

Service Availability and Changes

Biz Blimp does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may apply reasonable maintenance, security, or usage limits.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for a Terms violation, security or legal risk, abuse, nonpayment where applicable, or misuse of third-party terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIZ BLIMP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ACCURACY, CURRENTNESS, AVAILABILITY, OR SUITABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Nothing in these Terms waives rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIZ BLIMP'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BIZ BLIMP DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) $100 USD. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you will indemnify and hold Biz Blimp harmless from claims arising out of your unlawful use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Wyoming will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory non-waivable rights in your home jurisdiction. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration.

International Use

Biz Blimp may be accessible worldwide, but that does not mean every feature is lawful or available everywhere. You are responsible for complying with local laws, and Biz Blimp may restrict functionality by country where necessary.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will provide reasonable notice of material changes where required by law.

Miscellaneous

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Biz Blimp regarding the service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Biz Blimp may assign these Terms in connection with a business transaction or as otherwise permitted by law.
